I've been looking up help for this for awhile but they all involve going to go see a doctor. So I've recently re-sprained my wrist and I have a dance performance in a day. I don't want to go see a doctor, because the most obvious thing he'll probably say is I shouldn't dance...
I'll obviously watch out, but is there any way for me to help it heal faster? I've gotten some wraps for it, and will buy a splint for it soon. Also, I want to know some work outs that will help it heal (like therapy).
