	Log in to remove this sponsored message K, long story short, I have to go visit with my bitch of a mother twice (court order) and my best option is to sleep through the visit. They happen twice a week, so don't tell me to just tough it out. Anyways, I tried going to bed at 1 in the morning and waking up at 5, so I could go to sleep easier during the visit, which worked really well. However, when I woke up, I was even more exhausted then before, and I can't go to sleep tonight either, which is why I'm on neo at 2 in the morning instead of asleep. So, 2 questions: Why was I sleepier after I slept on the visit then before? Is there any way for me to go to sleep how, even though I slept like 4 hours this afternoon? ------------------- quote Heather Smith I know about the science and genetic stuff, I just don't care!" 	Don't mess with sleeping patterns, they're too crucial to too many aspects of life. Lock yourself in your room and ignore her by reading a book or watching TV, but sleep is not something you want to manipulate to suit your life. Get into good sleeping habits, and find another solution to your problem.

	yep true that ^ having too much sleep can be just as harmful as having too little, so when you had your nice long nap at your mum's, you were messing with your body. just try to stick to 8 hours a day and find another excuse to ignore your mother -------------------
