I've decided to give this thread series a go again, especially seeing the sexual health-related threads that have been cropping up a lot as of late.

This thread will be a zero tolerance thread. Rules will be posted below in this post. This means that anyone not adhering to the rules can be banned without being given a warning at moderator discretion. The expectation is that everything is kept at a mature, reasonable level. This includes but is not limited to terminology and discussion topics.

In addition to all of Neo's sitewide rules (ie no flaming, spamming, double posts, etc), the following will also be applied:

1) No discussion or giving tips regarding masturbation techniques that does not directly pertain to intellectual discussion or a question - This one's pretty self-explanatory. Unless it directly relates to something you're asking about or answering a question regarding, I don't want discussion that revolves around masturbation techniques and more so what techniques are better than others.

2) Proper terminology only - Again, pretty self-explanatory. This includes, but is not limited to the following terms: "pussy, dick, cock, jerk off, cum," etc. If you can't use the word penis without giggling and therefore need to use the word dick, then don't post in this thread.

3) No comparisons of your own penis size - I don't want discussions about how you have a 22" penis. End of discussion. The discussion of size is fine, but I don't want to see every other post talking about their penis being 22". Keep your sizes to yourself.

4) No pornography - This includes descriptions of your problem. If you're having difficulty orgasming, say so, we don't need more details than a porno script would. Use your discretion when giving details as to problems, solutions, and other discussion, and keep it appropriate. This also includes pictures and links.

That pretty much covers it. If anything needs to be added it will be at a later date. All sex/genitalia-related threads will be forwarded here from here on in. Have fun guys

Is it so sensitive that it hurts? You'll have to get used to it someday, and the best time to get used to it is probably now. Try to leave your glans in contact with ambient air when you're alone. This should already reduce some sensitivity.

Also, try gently rubbing it when in the shower - hot water helps. It'll probably be very sensitive the first time, but that should decrease over the next few times.

thanks fellas, just one last question,ive thought about this for a long time, about seven years ago i did the zip up on my penis and it caused a masive scar from the bottom right to the top of my penis, anyway, there is some scar tissue right to the top, and when i get an erection, the skin never pulls back just stays the same? dont get me wrong i can pull it back if i want to and to wash it and stuff but doesnt do it natrally, theres no pain neither> so is this normal cause no ladies have ever said anything about it to me and also when i have sex, sometimes it just goes in and the skin pulls back loads and sometimes the skin just stays over the top?

so have i got a problem here or is it arite people . thanks?

I was just wandering, Im having problems pulling my foreskin down when I wash myself which then at that point I cant wash myself properly, also it hurts if I do pull it down.Its also very tight.

Also I got weird red dots on the head of my penis, is it because Im not washing myself properly?

how far can u pull it back mate and also does it retract naturally when u get an erection, cause mine doesnt, if i pull my foreskin back to far it feels like im gonna rip my banjo string again.

I can pull it down just past the head (it hurts when doing it as well) and if I go any further it hurts real bad.

If I get an erection with the foreskin down it feels like somebody chopped it off....not a good feeling.

it sounds like me and u have similar penises lol. when im having sexual intercourse, sometimes the skin goes really far back and its a horrible feeling its to sensitive and tight, its much better when its more covered, but i just dont know if thats normal or not, should the skin go back past the head when u have an erection, i just dont know?

Guys, there is a brown spot on my penis, just before the head on it, on the skin. I doubt I need to see a doctor though because it's been there for quite a while. What could it be?

It could be a birthmark thats just come up.
When did you first spot it?

could be a mole or possibly some form of acne

If you can retract the foreskin, then it's not that bad. Does it hurt when you touch your glans, or does it only hurt when your foreskin is retracted?

As for the foreskin being very tight, I suggest, especially when in the shower, grab the foreskin from the inside with your index and middle fingers, and try to stretch it as far as you can without hurting yourself. I used to have a rather tight foreskin as well, and this very much helped me.

Remember though, if it hurts leave it as it is right now - don't try too hard on your foreskin if it hurts. Stretch it and loosen it a bit for a few weeks. I wouldn't suggest getting circumcised for that because it's a case that can be solved rather easily. If it persists though, I heard there are some unguents that make the foreskin looser.

Probably just a birth mark. I would be more worried if it was on the head, but since it's on the skin I'd say it's normal. If it's been there for a while and haven't experienced pain or anything then it's probably nothing, though it could be a good idea to mention it to your doctor at your next checkup.
