	I'd a split myself, but I feel I need more frequency for certain body parts. Today's workout was good Close grip bench 3x5x155 warmup, 225x5,285x4,285x4,275x4,245x6,245x6,245x5 Overhead extensions 3 sets of 10, 30 pounds each arm V-grip pushdowns 150x20,150x10,150x10 BB shrugs 405 for 3 sets of 10. Held at top for 1-2 seconds. Curls DB 5x5x60 curls BB 5x5x115 Decent workout today, the triceps are coming along nicely, especially since I did shoulders yesterday.

	Don't diss poor benching im shit lol, atm my dumbell bench is with 18kg dumbells so 36kg in total, yet im 12 and a half stone of mostly muscle. I find the best way to stabalize and isolate with almost all exercises is to puff chest out but tuck hips/stomach in as if your about to be punched then it protects your core from bad form.

	I use arnold's because I need 3 exercises. The military press is the main movement, and should be everyone's main shoulder movement. Shoulders I found respond best to really heavy shit. Today's the rest day before I start arms tomorrow, and then after that it'll a lot of squatting. Planning on trying 295 for 4 reps. Got comments on the larger arms, I easily filled out a shirt that was loose 3 months ago. And technically I'm still natural, because there are no effects from the test.

	Did the first day of the mesocycle today. 4sets of 9 at 255 LBS. I have the full video and the 4 sets took 12 minutes with rest. Can send video on request.

	Good day today. Triceps got the shit kicked out of them. Bench press 295x5,295x5,295x5,285x5,285x5 Seated military press 185x5,165x8,165x6,165x4 Close grip bench 275x3,225x10,225x10 V-grip pushdowns 150x20 Had lots of energy today, First 2 sets of bench I could have easily gone to 6 reps but it would have taken a lot out of me. Getting that close to failure on the first and second working set doesn't seem smart to me. The 285 sets I did just because I wanted a sure 5 reps. My spotter left early so I got some "ITS ALL YOU MAN" spotters. You never know how much they're helping.

I didn't really need it. ahaha funny image. getting a spot for your max that flattens you, pushing out some gas that was buried deep inside.

	Leg and back day. Twas a big one. Shrugs 135x10,225x10,315x10,405x10,495x12,495x12,495x12 Drop set from 405 to 225 using 10 reps each time. Time to add a 25 to the working sets. Chest row 4plates+25 for 5 sets of 5 Pull ups 8,8,8,6,4 Cable row 250x10,250x10,250x9,250x8 Time to up the weight here. I ate, rested, ate again and then went to do squats. 275x7,275x7,275x7,275x7,275x7 straight sets, no failure, felt good. I think i picked the wrong program for school. I think I wana do engineering.
