Get Lean and strong

I'm trying to plan a workout and nutrition schedule, let me know what you guys think of the following:

7am
- 2 whole eggs, and 2 egg whites
- a cup of mixed fruit
- 1 serving of a supplement that supports fat loss and lean muscle (I'm open to suggestions what supplement to buy, because I am undecided currently.)

10am
- 1 serving Myoplex(again I am open to suggestion because I am undecided Myoplex is just suggested to me)
- 1 serving of Phosphate Elite (open to suggestion)

12
- Tuna or Chiken breast sandwich on whole wheat.
- 1 banana
- a cup of cottage cheese
- 1 glass of water
- serving of a supplement that supports fat loss and lean muscle.
- 1 serving of muscle armor, (once again open to suggestions)

2:30pm
- 1 serving of phospate elite
- 1 serving of Myoplex

5pm
- More chicken, steak, salmon, something of that sort.
- 1 serving of steamed vegetables
- 1 serving of brown rice
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 serving a supplement that supports fat loss and lean muscle.

7pm
- 1 serving Myoplex
- 1 serving of muscle armor


Also, I'm still not sure how to plan my workout throughout my day. Suggestion are welcome.

Egg Whites

They're the same, but without the yolk. Cause yolks contain a load of cholersterol, but they also contain about half the protein according to wiki.

Can you add up the macronutrient totals for that diet? I don't have the nutrition facts for some of the stuff to do it.

Just glancing, without being sure, it looks like you have a good amount of protein but might be lacking a little in carbs and healthy fats.

Just add up the total number of protein, carbs, and fats in everything you eat in a day.

I weigh 160lbs, damn...more protein. Oh wait, I forgot to mention that is without the supplements. So I think I'm good.
