	Log in to remove this advertisement Since Saturday out of the blue my lips started to peal and now since then everyday I smile, Laught, grin our every eat it hurts a while lot! I have been using Lip care products but its not doing much help! Also I have around 4 mouth ulcers in my mouth and really are annoying me becuase its hard to eat food with all have tears in my eyes and if cant put salt in my food anymore because it stings the living hell out of me! There is a also a sort of a spot or something underneath my tongue which is annoying aswell! What is wrong with me lol! Can anyone help on how to get rid of these? Thanks -------------------

	Need more Vitamin C in your diet? Use Vaseline for your lips. Its like a miracle potion, seriously ._. but if you have given oral sex recently it is possible to be an STI. If it's really that bad then its probably best to go see a doctor. It could just be because the weather can't make up it's mind lately and cold weather can cause lips to freak out ._.

	An oral ulcer is the name for the appearance of an open sore inside the mouth caused by a break in the mucous membrane or the epithelium on the lips or surrounding the mouth. The types of oral ulcers are diverse, with a multitude of associated causes including: physical or chemical trauma, infection from microorganisms or viruses, medical conditions or medications, cancerous and sometimes nonspecific processes. Once formed, the ulcer may be maintained by inflammation and/or secondary infection. Two common oral ulcer types are aphthous ulcers and cold sores, which are caused by the herpes simplex virus. There are many processes which can lead to ulceration of the oral tissues. In some cases they are caused by an overreaction by the body's own immune system. Factors that appear to provoke them include stress, fatigue, illness, injury from accidental biting, hormonal changes, menstruation, sudden weight loss, food allergies and deficiencies in vitamin B12, iron and folic acid. Some drugs, such as nicorandil, have also been linked with oral ulcers. Some recreational drugs cause mouth ulcers. They may also be caused by eating too much sour food. -------------------

	Swish warm mildly salty water around in your mouth, that can really help mouth ulcers, I went through a period last summer where I got them really badly and it definately helped. -------------------
