	If you set the compatibility in XP to Win98, then drop your screen resolution to 800X600 then the game works fine as of patch 1.05. To change the compatibility , right click on the shortcut or exe and go to properties. Then choose the compatibility tab. Check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and choose Windows 98 / Windows Me. Click apply then OK. To change your screen resolution right click on your desktop (away from icons) and go to properties. Choose settings, then adjust the slider down to 800x600. Click apply then wait for the adjustment to be made. Click yes when it asks if it is OK, then exit out of the windows. Finally click on the Dominion Wars icon and go kill stuff. One thing you DO NOT want to do is hit the Alt-Tab button. The game cannot handle screen switching and will crash as soon as you try to enter back into it. Error with Screen RestoreSurfaces(). Anyhow, these are the steps I took, and I have been enjoying a nice bout of exploding Breen Cruisers.
