Here are the questions:

What should they put into MediEvil 3 and what not!
In what time/generation should MediEvil 3 play?
What was good in MediEvil 1/2 and what not!
Do you have no ideas?

medievil 3 is a prety easy game, easier than the first and second togheter, this games are EASY, it cannot be compared to an RPG!

Medievil 3? It...should be in the time period of the 1700's. It shouldn't have that Kia mummy lady in it. In my view, She's a distraction to our hero, Dan. Also, give Dan the man his proper voice from the first game. And Make sure he has more weapons!!!! Like longbows and stuff. The main bad guy better have something to do with the Zarok spell book. Better yet, Dan could USE The book! Someone could Befriend Dan and tell him in order to destroy the book, he'd have to collect all of the pages. He would collect each of the pieces, He could use the unfinished book as he went. When he collected all of them, His ally would turn out to be evil.He would use the powers of the book against dan. Then dan would beat him and Go back to his crypt. He would meet his former self, still sleeping after beating Zarok. He'd touch himself, fuse together, And go to the Hall of heroes, forever.

I think Dan should cross the pond and embark on still further adventures battling the likes of the Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hallow, Lizzy Borden, the Salem Witches, and what ever other American folk lore anti hero can be conjured up. I already asked Pete Donovan about that, but he seemed more interested in his latest project, the one with the chick and her side kick (forgot the title). <blush>

Judging by the age of this thread, I’m sure they’ve already given up on the idea for a 3rd MediEvil.

Too bad though, cause I thought it was one of the best, and most well done games to come along since Tomb Raider.

I also agree with Esplin, when Dan finally returns to Valhalla, he should get his body back like all the rest of his peers.

Medievil 3 should take place in the roman times in the dark ages like 32AD when Egypt and the Romans were fighting and Kiya and Dan could save egypt. Try to make it more like the 1st Medievil.

I think the best thing in MediEvil (not MediEvil 2 that wasn't so good at all) is the art, that game was a piece of art. I like evrything every single bit of it. It has something special in it that rises it above any other video game( including FF VII!) this is my opinion of course. It is my favourite game since it appeared.
I remmember the day when my brother bought it. It was a special day. At first glance I never thought that this game is such a great work. Starting from the bizzar music, the artistic and morbid athough comic sceens and backgrounds this game is better than any other game that ever! appeared. You probably think that I'm blind, and I say yes this game made me blind!
I suggest that in medievil 3 you should create a sceene with the battle between Gallowmere's army and Zarok's and the storyline should be as close as possible to medievil 1's storyline.

I do agree with chris, What made medievil so good like he says is just the way the surroundings are very eeery and have huge presence on the player, and so does the music, it still rings in through my head, the music from "The Graveyard" or in america's case "The cemetary", The game is like no other in the way that it brings the player into the game, it really does make you feel like you are dan, and the thing about this game that I have always rememeber is the way it is completely varied and each level is nothing like the other. Its a game that has a very likeable feel, with still an inch of terror and suspense, You must buy it-you will play no game like it!!!

Something I disliked was the followup to medievil, I think the one reason it wasnt as sucssesful was because it was set in modern days, and didnt have quite the same effect on people as the first did, since the first was full of suspense,and wanted you to keep playing until completion, but with Medievil two, It just didnt have the same effect, I really do hope that the new medievil (Medievil 3) that im thinking is in post production will have a much more vibrant and creepy feel than the second,

Well.....I do think that medievil 2 was good, for those of you that finished it you will know that the likes of dan finding love and the monsters in it were great!... But i do agree that medievil (number 1) was the best! i loved the places that you had to go and explore and i thought the monsters were brilliant! and i feel that medievil really had an influence on me number 1 & 2 left me with a weird feeling at the end of them!
i love to draw and draw strange animals and stuff, medievil made my imagination run wild, so thanks!

Anyway i would LOVE for ther to be a 3 one! infact, i came across this thread looking if ther is one!

I there is then i would like there to be dan and kia (or whatever her name was) in it and zarok!

Zarok or his followers could be trying to bring him back from the dead, or Zarok could be trying to make his body whole again, Zaroks spell book should be in it and that enchanted vally from medievil 1, along with the dragon birds and other creatures

I think it shoud be in some age but because dan is sleeping in his crypt and its like time is moving on i think that something should wake him and kia up (likethe precense of the spell book or something:confused they should find the time machine and go back to his age, as if some sort of relic is lost in the present time so they're going back to find it there!

I think that all the places in the first one should be there (the hall of the heros!) with the same and new characters, lots of new strange creatures AND you know the eagle that helped dan, he should be there too!

Anyway, medievil 3 SHOULD come out soon and thanks for listening to my rather long suggestion

i could have made more suggestions but i think you should take it from here and make the new MEDIEVIL 3!!!

make it fun and have puzzels and make it mysterious with a GREAT STORYLINE!!

Get Dan out of London, never to return to anything that resembles modernity. Let him wander about disorientated in the early stages of the new game, longing for the pastures of old. Let his prayer for lost times be heard and become miraculously transported back to good old fashioned times of witchcraft and kings and queens and princesses. Let him never be distracted from his glorious quest of redemption from his own cowardice. Let Dan stand alone like King Arthur, 'aidless, alone and smitten through the helm (Tennyson) . Perhaps let him find Excalibur in the foothills of the lake. But all the jewels have been removed and the sword has lost its power. He is importuned by the Lake Lady to find the jewels and return the kingdom to its former glory or chivalry and courage. Is this too late for Medi3. The do it foe Medi4. Medi1 was great, but it lost its shine with Medi2. Go for it guys. A good game, wanting a new and credible romantic plot.

i absolutely loved everything about medievil 1, medievil 2 wasa disgrace
