does bronze dog am i right.? before you enter the red dragons cave.. how do i defeat them..? im.. im out of fruits and starlight.. damn... can i do something..?

I remember facing these guys. They were a pain at first, then I remembered those fire resistant rings(?). Maybe they were rings, but if you equip them then the damage you get will go down a lot and it'll make things a whole lot easier. And they are weak to ice magic. I found it best to use Alex's vigor so he can do crazy lotta damage.
