The following are the Rules which all Visitors to this Forum only, agree to abide by during their time in the Forum. This set of Rules apply here only and do not apply in any other Forum. It is the Visitor's responsibility to check each Forum on the Site and abide by the Rules which govern that forum.

The following are a list of forbidden acts which Visitors agree not to undertake at any point during their time in this Forum. By committing one or more of the below, that Visitor agrees to the subsequent punishment which may be dealt upon them by the Forum Moderator(s).




Do Not Post In Foreign Languages

The main language assumed across the entire Site is English. All forms of English are accepted, eg American English. However, due to the fact that Neoseeker to date, does not employ either translators or coded engines to translate text, any text posted by a Visitor in a foreign form will be removed. This is to avoid misunderstandings by other Visitors who are unable to translate the text. Repeat offenders will be dealt with on a case to case basis.

Flame and Flaming are defined as

To make insulting criticisms or remarks, as on a computer network, to incite anger.

Subsequently, flaming is strictly forbidden here. Any Visitor who has been identified as intentionally flaming by the Forum Moderator(s) will be dealt with. This applies especially when reviewing another Visitor's Suggestion in the forum. If it is found by the Forum Moderator(s) that a Visitor has criticised another Visitor's Suggestion or Idea without constructive feedback and/or evidence, that Visitor will be subject to harsh punishment at the discretion of the Forum Moderator(s).

Visitors must not employ exertive sarcasm when posting in this Forum. Forum Moderator(s) have noticed some Visitors employing remarks which insult another Visitor although they may be unaware of it. This is also forbidden and the Forum Moderator(s) will deal with any Visitor at their own discretion who has been found guilty of this.

Spam and Spamming are defined as

Posting irrelevant or inappropriate messages to one or more Usenet newsgroups, mailing lists, or other messaging system in deliberate or accidental violation of etiquette.

On this Site, spam is defined as repetitively posting already existing threads without using the Search feature or the Forum Browse facilities, posting duplicates of already existing threads authored by the same Visitor and/or posting in an off topic manner which does not suit the topic being discussed. Visitors found guilty of this by the Forum Moderator(s) will be dealt with at the Forum Moderator(s) discretion.

Bumping threads up to the top of the forum merely to gain new replies is strictly forbidden. Any Visitor found engaging in this practice will have their post removed by the Forum Moderator(s). Further practice of this will result in disciplinary measures.
