While In The "practice" Mode, Take A Drive Off Any Track Across The Terrain. Drive Slowly And Do Not Wreck. If You Wreck You Will Need To Start Over Again. Continue To Drive Away From The Track. At A Point Of Reaching Some Distance From The Track, You Will Be Catapulted Back To The Track.
