wow that s really cool zero, i respect you ALOT more now, seriously. you should be able to just delete your old scores though right? that sucks that your scores were all 3577, you can even really record a good score if your scores are all plugged up.

soon i plan to give it a good try again and catch up with you two, it takes a good chunk of time, arent you just sick of watching the credits!!

I wouldnt erase it, at least one score. But the rest i do erase and the shoot everything by my self for so far i can reach now!

I can erase my scores? Lol I don't think I ventured beyond VS and the Main Game/Expert mode.

ya you can clear all your old high scores if you want. unfortunatly it will erase all your medals too, so on VS you wont have the tank or the guys, but im sure you can get them back in a very short time! i erased my files once, it was fun to get the medals back.

I'd like to know how you got 288 in Venom. If you try and abuse the manual plasma bolt trick against the Starwolf Team the actual bonus you get from defeating them goes down. Since the highest you get from them is 204, and then the final bonuses from Andross give you another 23 the highest non-abuse score possible is 227. That means to score so highly would require you to use the manual plasma bolt technique at least 61 times against Andross (since trying it against SW would really screw over the points you get from them AND put your team mates in danger). I'm failing to see how that is even possible.

Solar too. How in the world does one get three times the medal score? Due to the nature of the stage point totals would fall into the 100-150 area even with manual plasma bolt abuse. To get 300 points there would have to be approximately 145 targets, and you would have to catch every single one of those enemies in the plasma explosion to gain enough of a hit bonus to hit 290 by the time you reach the boss (which yields 11 points if defeated quickly).

IP, Thats not really true what you said about Venom. You can get 229.

And yeah the solar score is...

229 with plasma bolt abuse. I got 230 on my best. Hit 1 starwolf craft with one and manualled the eyes twice.

227 is the highest nonabuse score, since ordinarilly you can't group hit any of them. Perhaps 228 at most (Starwolf do enter Venom close together, but even then you'll only catch one in the plasma explosion). After that point Starwolf don't really fly together and the eyes are rarely next to each other, if ever. I don't think the eyes are even close enough together to begin with to hit one with the bolt and have the explosion hit the other.

I know with plasma bolt abuse you can boost the score over 227. Done it myself. But 288 would require 61 plasma bolt abuse shots at least. Assuming 61 plasma bolt hits doesn't actually finish off Andross before you hit that target I suppose that one is possible, since you could keep the fight going.

sas for solar, i have my doubts, they are large, but if someone told be you could get 307 on corneria about 5 months ago, i would have never beleived them. but then i saw that video... wow!

dont be too quick to judge impossiblilty insanity prevails, but you are right that ZM should have some good advice
