For over the past 10 years, I've played this game...getting all the stars. On Septembet of 1997, I quit playing the game cause I couldn't find the last star.I found my old N64 and plugged it back it with Mario 64 on it. Looking back on memories now...I'm still frustrated to the fact that I can't find the last danm star. I've gotten all 100 coins on each stages, all castle stars...and 14 Secret Stars. Problem is, I can't figure out which one i'm missing. I know did the red coin: three switches, red coin: three bowsers, The bunny twice, The underwater by Jolly Roger's stage, The Castle's Secret Slide twice, the Three Toads, and the Wing Mario over the rainbow...But it still says 14 Secret Stars...what am I missing?

You named them all, but you obviously didn't do one. This happened to me too. I thought I got everything, but the one I found out I missed was collecting the red coins in Bowser's third dungeon. Check that one again.

Wait a second, there aren't three places Toad gives a star! There's only two. I know what you're missing. Go to the room with Tick Tock Clock and Rainbow Road. Go to the ledge where Rainbow Road is. Now, look straight ahead, and there's another ledge identical to the one you're on. Go to that other one, and collect the Red Coins. It will take a while, and don't miss a cloud, because you'll have to start all over. Good luck

ok, I haven't played for a while, so I forgot there were three places. Anyways, once again, double check the Bowser's third castle Red Coin hunt. That was the one for me, and theother ones are too simple to miss. Check that one first, then come back.

Try checking that you got both the Princess' secret slide stars - one is inside the box at the end of the slide and the other appears from thin air when you beat the slide within 21 seconds.

And check that you didn't forget to save after getting one of them; that could be the problem.

The Castle Secret Stars:

1. Go through the slide.
2. Beat the slide level in under 21 seconds.
3. The water level door with a 3 on it 1st floor, go into black hole in wall- red coin game.
4. Red Cap -Red coins
5. Blue Cap -red coins
6. Green Cap -red coins
7. Bowsers level -red coins
8. Bowsers level 2 -red coins
9. Bowsers level 3 -red coins
10. Top floor -rainbow clouds - red coins
11. Rabbit 1
12. Rabbit 2
13. Toad 1
14. Toad 2
15. Toad 3

That's all of them... I dunno.. but that really limits it!
