	Uh, what is it? If its some sort of copy of the game that Nintendo didn't make, yes it is. If its a player made game, uh, guess it depends if they asked Nintendo if they could use Nintendo's characters. 	it is only legal if you own super mario 64 in real life im not allowed to talk about it in the forums but emulator and ROMs are only legal if you own the game for real..... toads tool is a program you install on your computer to hack super mario 64 ROMs and i dont know if its not illegal but those who use it..use it for the wrong purposes like making levels or editing textures and junk like that but from what i know its not ------------------- Heal me, i'm heartsick I'm hungry and i'm broken I'm haunted, and weeping The blood of heaven flowing like a river tonite, tears i can't fight on my own I'm a haunted, heaving, i'm hung and barely breathing
