Yes.

I had a busy weekend. My real life has to take precedence over Neoseeker, and I'm sure you'll understand that.

Personally, I have a busy schedule (I'm not going to get into details, but I'm particularly busy Monday-Thursday), that much I'll admit. That's not to say I don't have time to moderate a forum, because I alongside spikerdude keep a close eye on it, but for us to develop ideas and execute them... That takes time. We haven't even been moderators for two weeks yet. Just give us some time, that's all we're asking for. Believe me, we want this forum to come back to life as much as you guys.

If you're interested in the current status of what we're planning, spikerdude and I are working on a new game to bring to the forum to hopefully get momentum going. We would've worked more on it this weekend, but I was busy this weekend and didn't have time to get these things done. I'll take the fall for that.

It'll be a sort of team based Mastermind/Big Brother kind of game, kind of to break away from Mafia. We still want Mafia to continue on this forum of course, but we're well aware of the fact that the activity of Mafia games has been dying for quite some time. For us to breathe life back in, we've got to come up with some new fresh ideas as well as rejuvenate Mafia.

For our new game, we've got a few of the competitions figured out, as well as some of the behind the scenes mechanics in place. It's just a matter of sitting down and getting enough competitions and working things out to make sure it's successfully executed when we run it.

We know you guys want to see some progress soon and want to know the mods are doing more than sitting around on their asses, but please just hang tight a little while longer! We're gonna do everything we can to make sure the IRP community thrives once more.

P.S. I hope you don't feel this post was overly defensive or anything, I just wanted you (and everyone) to know what's been going on and why things have been so quiet as of late.

Also, if you guys have any comments, questions, suggestions, rantings, angry letters, etc., then use the Forum Utility Thread or hit up both spikerdude's and my PM boxes. We want you guys to be as actively involved as you deem necessary.
