I like the idea, but are you sure there is enough characters? I mean besides the three title characters (Panty, Stocking, and Garterbelt) there are only 6 other (somewhat) important characters I can think of being good roles, which also leaves no room for claims.

I'm back, and yes, I would like to return to my ideas for interactive, non-Mafia RP's based off of GTA or Fallout.

However, after looking over them, I realize that faction-based empire building is a little too complex.

I have a simpler, more character-based Interactive RP that has some similar aspects of the original ideas, but is different.

The main theme would be Vampires, and they will NOT be Twilight vampires. They will probably based off of Vampire: The Masquerade or its successor, Vampire: The Requiem. If you aren't familiar with either of these RPG's, that's okay, you wouldn't need prior knowlege of the RP to understand it(although it does help), as the main premise will be explained.

While Vampire: The Masquerade is more groundbreaking and is more famous(It's probably the second-most well known RPG, after Dungeons & Dragons, and broke a lot of RPG cliches by having a Modern setting and focusing away from fantasy and sci-fi), Vampire: The Requiem is more open-ended, easier to understand, and is more newbie-friendly.

Vampires would be the main focus, and you could build up a character. The character would have some base abilities as a vampire, and could gain more through role-play and story. The vampires would come in clans(Vampire sub-species) that have their own advantages and disadvantages. Other creatures such as mortal humans, werewolves, and possibly Mages could be added later.

Vampire: The Masquerade has thirteen main clans, and four minor clans. However, Vampire: The Requiem only has five clans, but are more open-ended in definition, and you can do more with them.

Vampires all have abilities called Disciplines in both games. Disciplines start off as minor perks, but as they advance in level, go up in power and options.

The five clans in Requiem are...

DAEVA: Beautiful, romantic vampires that can charm people.

Disciplines: Celerity(Superhuman Speed), Vigor(Superhuman Strength), Majesty(Supernaturally enhanced charm and persuasion)

Weakness: They are more prone to vices and are more indulgent in blood-drinking.


GANGREL: Hardy, feral, savage vampires.

Disciplines: Resilience(Superhuman Stamina), Animalism(The ability to communicate with nature), Protean(The ability to shapeshift)

Weakness: More prone to frenzy.


MEKHET: Shadowy, secretive vampires who are the keepers of lost lore and knowlege.

Disciplines: Celerity(Superhuman Speed), Obfuscate(Invisiblity and Stealth), Auspex(Superhuman Senses)

Weakness: All vampires hate sunlight and fire, but to a Mekhet, it's even more devastating. Also, while Mekhet have brilliant minds and fast reflexes, they are weak in strength and endurance.


NOSFERATU: Frightening, fearsome, stealthy vampires.

Disciplines: Vigor(Superhuman Strength), Obfuscate(Invisiblity and Stealth), Nightmare(The ability to manipulate people's fears.)

Weakness: All Nosferatu have some kind of strangeness to them. Stereotypically, they're all deformed or hideous, like a rotting corpse, yet they can have other manifestations. They can be merely eccentric, they can be overbearing, they could have a strange aura or feeling to them. All you know is that Nosferatu are uncomfortable to be around.


VENTRUE: Powerful, regal vampires. More like the traditional Count Dracula.

Disciplines: Resilience(Superhuman Stamina), Animalism(The ability to communicate with nature), Dominate(Mind control)

Weakness: They're powerful, but their ability to control minds makes them prone to madness or insanity.



The default setting for both games is the Present Day, only with vampires(Yet 99% of average humans have no idea of the existence of vampires, due to Vampires being so secretive and perpetuating the belief that vampires do not exist.)

However, there are also settings for Ancient Rome, the Middle Ages, the Victorian Era, World War I, and the 1980's.

If you were to play a vampire-based RP, which would you guys prefer, a modern setting at the start, or a Historical Setting that would later progress into modern times.
