The best fighter is Eddy, playing against him can be confusing, playing as him can be deadly!!

Howrang all the way. He has the best moves two different stances and is just generally cool. I hated Gon I though he was crap and Dr B why did they include him.

I'd have to disagree on that one. My brother uses him and he always kicks my ass. It's crazy. Oh, yeah. Eddy is cool too!!!

i don't find dr b confusing because all you need to do is use low kicks and low combo's and you will have him,

using eddy i use the spin kick to double backflip, after that combo i convert to the low double kick on his hands then to the double spin kick to get back on his feet, that one always stuffs up dr b (plus alot of other people)

for the record i looked at my 2P record with eddy 100% after 89 fights, i don't let anybody else use him in 2P!!

I would like playing as Eddy, but my friends and cousins and I have a set of rules that we can't use Eddy, Gon, or Dr. B when fighting against each other because they can be almost impossible to beat you learn a couple of moves. Like Gon, keep pressing O and you win. Eddy, keep pressing O and X and you get combos easily. I haven't mastered Dr.B, but if you've played him on hard difficulty you'll know he can do major but whooping and he is hard to hit because he's always on the ground.

I like Jin, Hwoarang, Yoshimitsu, and Heihachi as a few of my favorite characters.

Dr.B... hate him. Just step him in the face.

the best way to beat gon and dr.b is to use down and kick, all you do is stand and kick them (with dr.b you may need to use sum low combo's or with hwoarang stand back wait for dr.b to get up and then move in and kick into him!!)

whoa people think Dr. B sucks. he's awesome, i dont likem though. too complicated and WAY TOO MANY MOVES. but if you get the time to memorize his moves ...
and gon is not allowed in myhouse.
neither is hwaorang... unless you do more than stand and kik left and right.
but everyone else is cool.

best for HIGH DAMAGE! - paul/and i forgot his name, robot dude who cares for a small girl
fav. for playing with, combos and all - yoshimitsu (give me 3 seconds after my first hit and ANYONES GONE! but i need that first hit )
best handicap player - gon/hwoarang

alot of players can be a fall back player,
quick list:
eddy:- just press buttons and your bound to get something cool
hwoarang:- the four left foot kicks, can be done twice in a row
paul:- the forward flip, opponent can't get up at all
law:- the back flip, can be done for a long time consecutive

but really to master a player you need to know more moves, and unfortunately occasional players use the same moves over and over!!

If you just press buttons with eddy you will always get something cool. Yergin - You tell me that its better to learn the moves in one thread then give eddy 1st in the list of "fall back" players, saying that you can get eddy to do cool moves by just tapping buttons. Didn't I say this myself???

Yes you say to master the players you have to learn all the moves, but doesn't this attitude of getting good results by button tapping explain your 100% win record over 89 games?

i was making a list of players that people use to fall back on when they can't play the game well enough,

i have mastered eddy, but not everybody has, and to be a good forum attendee you need to acknowledge both sides of the argument..
