It is a few years after the epilouge in the seventh Harry Potter book. Peace has been restored to both the Wizarding and Muggle worlds...or so it seems. Do not be decieved! While all was thought to be well, a new terror has just left Hogwarts, waiting in secret to strike. Who is it? Will it be Voldemort all over again? Will muggle-borns and half-bloods be in danger once more? Its up to you to tell...

You have just recieved your letter, inviting you to Hogwarts. Maybe you were a muggle, never thinking that this could happen to you. Sure, some strange things happened around you...once...or twice...or too many to count. This will be the experience of your lifetime! Or maybe you come from an all wizarding family, and have been awaiting this all you life. Or you could re a returning student, desperate to see your friends and continue youor studies. Whether you're a First Year, and its you first time, or a Seventh Year returning for the final time, this year is sure to never be boring!

Rules

1. Sitewide rules apply. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, flaming, etc. etc.
2. Seven lines per post, please! INFORCED UPON YOU ALL. I DON'T WANT MY RP REPORTED AGAIN.
3. Even though the Potter, Weasley, Malfoy, etc. children would still be at Hogwarts, they are not included in the roleplay.
4. You CANNOT be related to any in-book characters.
5. Be realistic, please! Your character can only be attentionus when it's in their own little bitty sub-plot.
6. Every post MUST be two paragraphs.
7. You are allowed a maximum of three characters as long as you can keep up with them.

Okay, just incase you are asking, the voters of keeping the old RP got out-voted so we're going with this one to see how it works out. You may keep your old characters or start new ones if you join this RP. Anyone can join... even if you weren't in the old RP.

This makes her stand out in a crowd, and sometimes she hates her hair for that.
History: Has never quite been able to live up to her family's expectations of her. This has been hard, but she
has decided that animals are her interest, and plans on taking Care of Magical Creatures when she gets older.
Her parents respect this, and try to help her out. After all, not the whole family can be geniuses!

When her mother did tell, her father killed her mother after giving birth to Katie.Katies father hoped that Katie would be human, like him, so that he could raise her up, but when Katie showed sign of magic, her father drove a carrige to a poor orphange on the far side of england. Katie was a young 3 year old when this incedent. For many years she was imprisoned in the orphanage, until an owl arrived at Greens Orphanage.
Other:She has a black cat with green eyes, Riddle. Her past is very similar to Voldemort and that scares Katie into grief.

The Forest


Raven looked at the letter in his hand one more time.

"Must board the Hogwarts Express at 10:00 A.M. sharp," he whispered to himself," How can I do that if I can't even buy a ticket?"

Raven cleared the question out of his mind and consulted his animal friends about how he was going to get his supplies.

Hoot-hoo, an owl told him.

"Fly? Won't I be noticed?", Raven asked it puzzled.

Ruuur, a panther purred to him.

"Yeah. Blending in is real easy if your a cat of morning. But your forgeting something...I have to shop in the morning!!!", Raven shouted at them.

The animals looked at each other. This was one hard predicament.

OOC: Did I bug you enough to post, Sarvani? =P Kimonio, you need to post where you are. And be wary of the seven-line rule. That goes for all of you other bubs.

Destiny waited until her sister returned inside before telling her parents the two needed school supplies. Professor McGonagall had told them to go to Diagon Alley and exactly how to get there from the cottage. The quartet climbed into the car and sped off to London. They soon appeared outside a pub, called the Leaky Cauldron. Invisible to Muggle eyes except for the Addison parents, the Leaky Cauldron was the gateway to Diagon Alley.

Boldly, Destiny stepped into the pub. Witches and wizards alike were congregated at tables and at the counter, and Tom the barman was sitting behind it. Destiny stepped up to the counter and leaned on it. "I need to get to Diagon Alley, but I'm afraid I don't have a wand yet. Can you get me through?" she asked.

"Does anyone in your family have a wand?" asked Tom, eyeing Destiny's Muggle attire.

"No, sir," Destiny replied. "I'm Muggle-born, you see. Can you get me into Diagon Alley?"

Tom led the quartet into the crowded street, and the gateway of bricks sealed behind them. Destiny looked around, marveling every building. At the head of the street, there was a large, pearly-white building. It was known as Gringotts, the wizarding bank.

Diagon Alley

Anna looked around at the stores. She hadn't said anything in the Leaky Cauldron, for the witches and wizards were eyeing her oddly. As if she was a Muggle who had miraculously gotten past the charm put around the pub. Anna shook off the nervousness and followed her sister into Flourish and Blotts, which was a book store. Of course, they stopped at Gringotts first. But, Natalie is too LAZYYYYY to post about Gringotts.

"Hello, ma'am," said the owner of the store, stepping from behind the counter. "Hogwarts shopping, I suppose?"

"Yes," said Destiny. Anna was never the one to speak much around strangers. () She had always admired her sister for being the bolder one. Anna looked around for the books on the school list with Destiny whilst their parents chatted with the shop owner.

After three hours of shopping in Diagon Alley, the four left through the Leaky Cauldron and went into the car. Destiny was still wearing her schoolrobes, but Anna had taken them off and was wearing her Muggle attire. The car sped off towards the cottage as the sky started turning pink.
