Well, given that TGS ended a week ago, I think it's safe to assume that this mega-game is not a remake.

I wonder when Endless Crisis will be announced now? I mean when's the next big game show on! Maybe they'll announce it somewhere else.. Who knows!

Conclusion: Endless Crisis is fake.

I doubted it was true anyway. But TGS is over, and no hearing at all.

You know that video above the thread was just to show off the PS3 graphics when they showed it at E3 (I think). It's not some sort of trailer for FFVII. The way I see things is that every fan of the game has been anticipating and discussing the possibility of a remake since the PS2 (and even before that) and it still hasn't happened yet! I'm not saying that I think Square Enix won't remake FFVII for the PSP or PS3, but I'm saying that they may not. They may just be trying to give fans a hard on and a set of blue balls if you get my drift. Lol

Its like this.. its been 10 years since ff7 came out... thus long enough the old fans would love and enjoy and purchase.. that's right I said purchase a remake. And to a whole new generation of gamers it would be an original experience

One of the guys from Squeenix (can't remember who, was it Kitase?) said that they would announce and proceed to develop a remake 'when the time is right'.

It's just a matter of waiting and elsewhile attempting to get inside the company's head and deduce a window for when that undisclosed 'time' might be.

Well, there IS Jump Festa in late December... So you might not be too far off the mark with that. Hm... Interesting.

It's a shame that Squeenix like to keep their secrets by lying. Almost makes you less-inclined to believe what they say.

I honestly doubt they will announce it at the end of this year, by the ways things has been these last few years since the PS3 Trailer, they should have confirmed it already. Instead of beating around the bush and contradicting each other.

And by confirming i mean when exactly, like in 4 years or such we will start and look into the projects. Though it seems to be the case with SE and Sony, they say no and deny things but end up being true anyway.
