How can you say that? I never said the first RPG Square made was brilliant, I dont even know what there first game was. But look at all the Final Fantasy titles they have sold, all the Kingdom Hearts titles. That is only two series of games. You named Parasite Eve, I named two series with one the FF series having at least 25 games itself. 25 - 1?

I am saying that I see SE as a RPG company, not a shooter at all, and I have good reason to. Parasite Eve was only a decent game to the majority that owned it (which wasnt much). When I start a new sport, I suck the first time (PE didnt suck though) and I gradually get better, DoC was only the 2nd step taken in a FLIGHT of stairs. (Note: trying to make an analogy)

Whatever floats your boat. Of course Squeenix is primarily an RPG company, but that doesn't really give them much reason to make average games in other genres. If a company has made a GOOD game in a certain genre, then I don't expect them to drop their quality to drastically just because they're new to the genre.
