Like me, i like all characters since sephy is gansta but saying he has to die or something i can't see that happening personally.

I think he has so much more potential that he could never die, but its up to Square really.

I always thought you called it the "Complication" out of spite...

I knew it was called the Compilation, I just thought you actually called it the "Complication" because you thought that was the legitimate name.

Ohh XD I thought you just got irritated by the Compilation and started calling it the Complication for fun.

'Complication' is legitimate as a moniker... I mean some of the retcon is pretty dubious, particularly BC which was really shoddy in my opinion. I don't know about CC, but I doubt it will do much for the FF world since it is apparently following the G arc, something that is so tacked on it would make me cry if I cared at all.

Well like torebaa has pointed out Aeris still has some sort of connection to the real world. So i wouldn't be surprised if they did ressurect her. Remember FF7 aeris died there cause that game storyline required her so. But the whole FF7 universe doesn't mean she will remain dead. Her goal was to destroy Meteor so perhaps she will return. Also They can leave the compilation of him being alive, as long he isn't in his physical form i see no wrong with it. Just like capcom not killing off Vergil when its clear he is dead, or so we think.

Yeah, I doubt that she'll be brought back to life. That would be the biggest cock-up that Squeenix could ever make, imo.
Hell, that would almost be enough to put me off FF games, completely. XP

... But there's still the possibility that she will make an appearance in future post-DoC games. Even though she's supposed to have left Cloud to live his life, at the end of AC.

Yeah, that's exactly what I was going to say ^^
Aerith was "brought back" in AC to please the fans. She didn't have to return, but Squeenix felt the need to please the fans, thus she was given a pretty important role in the movie.

So much for Cloud's "Aerith will no longer talk, no longer laugh, cry...... or get angry." speech

The same goes for Sephiroth, I reckon. I'll bet he won't have a definite death scene. There'll always be something that is "open to interpretation" to please the Sephiroth fans that don't want him to die.
