Anyways he keeps telling me that you have to master every single materia in the game have all 4 limit breaks, have all characters at level 99. Than you have have to go to wonder square to get sephiroths sword the masamune blade, which can only be used with Vincent. Than you have to go to the old geezer in the cave near corel to have it fixed after breaking, for Cloud to equip.

I keep telling him none of this is true. Hopefully all of you FF7 fans out there can shed some light on this for me, cus Im about to get a pretty bad beating if this crap is true.

There are seven WEAPONS alltogether in the FFVII world.

Five appear in FFVII - Sapphire WEAPON, Ultimate WEAPON, Diamond WEAPON, Ruby WEAPON, and Emerald WEAPON.

And the other two appear in BC and DoC - Omega WEAPON, and Jade WEAPON.

BUT you can get the Masamune blade from the Gold Saucer. Unfortunately, it's only a replica of the real thing, so nobody can use it in battle. It's a useless item.

I have no idea where you could get a Gameshark. It's not really worth it though. It doesn't change the storyline, or anything.

Emerald WEAPON is the one you fight underwater. It's green in color, whereas Sapphire is a bluish sapphire color. If you can, watch the scene in which Sapphire attacks Junon, you'll very clearly see that it isn't Emerald WEAPON.
