	Jenova is the true enemy in Final Fantasy VII, is she not. Jenova flies through space and destroys planets. It's never really explained why Jenova needs to destroy planets, but we an assume that she is a parasite lifeform and needs the energy to survive. Jenova has two main abilites. First, she doesn't die easy. She can be split up, sealed for thousands of years, etc. She still survives. Her main power is the control over people's minds, and she is the root of everything that's going wrong in the world. Think about it. Jenova's body was found and released 30 years before the beginning of the story, correct. In the same time period the Jenova project was started, allowing Sephiorth to be created who would end up doing all the physical tasks that she needed to be done. Also in that time, the first Mako reactor was constructed. The mako reactors weaken the planet, which would make it easier to destroy. Thus in the end, humans survive. It was never really their fault, but rather the fault of the alien lifeform behind it all. We know that Sephiroth was being tricked. He was doing Jenova's bidding for her benefit. If things happened the way Sephiroth wanted, it seems that he would not become a god. Everyone would be killed and it would be Jenova's victory. Then should would be free to move on and do it over again. People debate how much control Jenova had over Sephiroth. Some say that the final fight proves that Sephiroth is weak without Jenova's powers, while others say that because it's a battle in Cloud's mind we can't come to any solid conclusions based on that. One possible theroy is Sephiorth was not being controled, but actually willingly did Jenova's bidding because he truly believed her to be of the cetra race, and believed that she was his real mother. One thing for sure is everything boils down to Jenova, and none of the bad things would have happened if she never came to the planet.

	The first Mako Reactor was not built in Nibelheim. Midgar was the first site for the reactors. Why else would there be so many of them in one place? ------------------- Once you kill a cow... ...you gotta make a burger.

	I don't think that the game says where the first Mako Rector was actually built. But the Nibelheim one looks to be the oldest, as opposed to the newer, more modern, looking Reactors in Midgar and Junon. Huh? I kinda didn't get that. But Sephiroth did kill Aerith because she was a Cetra - but not because he hates the Cetra or anything. But because she was the only one who knew how to summon Holy. But I'm pretty sure he did learn Jenova's abilites, since he didn't have the abilities before he fell into the Lifestream. I said it happened when they were in the prison? I guess Sephy waited that long because that's when he finally reached the limit of his power, or something like that Yay! This is fun Although I think I'm a bit rusty on a few things. I'm playing the game again so I can make a few of my theories better. 	The story is exactly this: A strange geological structure with 2000 years old was found in the northern crater. It was actually JENOVA. Jenova made a friendship with the CETRA and made them trust her. After that the CETRA were betrayed by JENOVA, she spread a virus that killed all the CETRA. To protect the planet, the remaining ancients closed Jenova in a geological structure and with the knowledge of the Planet created WEAPON ( that little friends that are almost invincible )The ancients lived and died and the last one CETRA was Ifalna Aeris Mother. Professor Gast found the geological structure and discovered also "the crisis of the sky", at the beginning they all thought Jenova was a Ancient and with their ideas they thought about making a new generation of cetra. But professor Gast met Ifalna and he felt in love. Ifalna told him about the crisis of the sky and about Jenova and the relation about the two and all the ancients stuff. One day a baby born! It was Aeris. After a few days the Shinra Soldiers appeared with Hojo to take the "Specimens" to the Shinra CO. and professor Gast was killed to protect his wife and daughter. Meanwhile in nibelheim JENOVA's body was giving birth to monsters. Here comes Vincent story!!! Lucretia was a scientist that worked in the Jenova project. Vincent was a member of the turks and he loved Lucretia. A day he discovered the evil plans of Hojo and he wanted to stop him. Hojo's discovered that he knew about the story, he put Lucretia pregnant, injected Jenova's cells in the baby while he was in the womb, and put Vincent sleeping in the basement of the shinra mansion. Then Lucretia gave birth to a child: SEPHIROTH . This is just a way to explain better JENOVA's appearance. The conclusions are: Jenova is a "alien", Sephiroth wasn't scientificaly created. And that Jenova is powerless without all parts of his body. That's why the Jenova reunion appeared to put together all the jenova cells( the men in the black capes are failed human experiments, and just for curiosity the man in midgar in sector six slums is a failed experience) to make Jenova reborn. Let's imagine that Sephiroth and Jenova need each other. If something here is wrong please just tell me. I made this with all the facts I caught from the game. -------------------

After the Nibelheim incident (five years ago) Hojo took all the people in the town and injected them with J-cells to make "another Sephiroth". Actually, it's possible that Ilfana and Aerith weren't the last Ancients. In Before Crisis, when the main character "Elfe" meets Aerith, Aerith says she senses a familiar spirit inside her and she feels connected in some way. 	sry im 2 lazy to quote this post i re-read wat i wrote as jenova's purpose, and that was 1 of those combined thoughts things. i was thinking about wen sephiroth said 'just like mother did long ago' and wen i assume his goal is to become god of a different planet, cuz that wat it seems like hes trying to do..... u pretty much got y sephiroth wanted to kill aeris. i thought u were saying only cuz shes a centra and not so much casting holy. i guess i was lost on the whole absorbing jenova's powers cuz i never thought about it b4. ima have to look into it. Not Jenova herself, but the J-cells inside him might sometimes interrupt his more ... um ... logical and human thoughts and cloud his mind into thinking in a way that Jenova "thinks" - Destroy the planet. In my opinion, to put it simply, Sephiroth is split into 2 halves - the "human" half, that wants to get revenge on Cloud for his defeat at Nibelheim (and at the end of FFVII) - and the "Jenova" half, that wants to destroy all life and the Planet.
