	Log in to remove this sponsored message I mean - is there any? I've tried other FF games, and to me, only FF VIII is almost as good as FF VII. People often say how great FF 6 is and they even say that this one is the best. I have played it for like 10 hours and didn't really have too much fun. Haven't even finished the title... FF IX - I didn't like this one because of it's story. Too childish / infantile storyline and characters (of course it's my opinion only) Is there any other Final / game that will be as amusing for FF VII maniac as this part itself? Or quite as much? Can't find it really... Thought about new FF IV on iStore. Looks kinda like FF VII and they say it's amazing - any thoughts...? I have not played Android FF Dimensions neither (supposed to be awesome, too). What do You think?

	There really isn't anything all that similar to FFVII. I would suggest trying out Xenogears though. It came out around the same time as FFVII and was basically hidden in the shadows of VII at that time. It does have a pretty big fan following now though. It's a fun game that I thought should have rivaled FFVII during that time, but I guess FFVII just completely dominated the competition.

	jandubik86 if you like ff8, ill bet you like the fact you can boost your char stats by equiping GF's to the char and equiping the GF skill for the stat boost on level. Well guess what, ff6 had it first. XD The apealing thing about 6, for me, was no single char was the "lead" character, you could play who ever you wanted for most of the game, and if you wanted, you could build your choice of chars to "godly" status with the proper espers and know how. I remember Legend of Dragoon being similiar to FF7, also ChronoCross. Its been awhile tho. theres nothing thats a 7 clone, not even crisis core or any of the other spin offs. -------------------

	You’ve got to play FF9 at least once in your lifetime, I have fond memories of the first few hours of the game, then it just evaporates and I have to try and drag myself to the end… still worth playing. As for games that remind you of VII? I remember asking this a few years ago. When I was young I adored the original Star Ocean 2 for the PSX but the only similarity to VII is the fact that the main character has a sword and blond hair, oh and some badass who reminds me of Sephiroth. I concur with Epoch for Legend of Dragoon as that game is quality, the only problem is I never finished it as I don’t like the battle mode where you have to press X or Square just at the right time in order to perform your attack - that one tiny detail ruined the game for me and its such a shame.

I know it is not Final Fantasy title, but it is the same company and done by the same team which done FF7.

	Legends Of Dragoon, FFVIII, very very closeLegends of Dragoon was my second all time favorite game. sorry final fantasy tactics. It had a great story and emotional gamut

	Seriously play Legend of Dragoon. It's probably one of the closest games to FFVII you'll find. Similar sorta graphics, and a probably more engaged battle system, in the terms of you actually control the attack. The story line is very engaging aswell, with heaps of character development.
