Two Mega-All materia without mastering one!

I remember "All" materia, but never anything with "mega" in it.

The 3rd Mystile does not exist, technically. You must take advantage of a glitch in the game to retrieve it. What you must do is reach the section of the Final Cave where the part splits up.
