Ok, maybe get to the point.

As we all realized X number of years ago that FF7s graphics are dated. Now I thought it would be fun for those of us who has a artist in out bellies to redraw anything that can e redrawn... Well I guess any fanart will fit really

Only rule is not to make it identical to how it is in the original game. x3

I was thinking about redrawing/sketching Ultima weapon right now, it's going to be interesting!

Keep in mind, there is NO talent restriction, if you have never drawn before, but want to try, do it!!

Here is a Bestiary, a list of all the enemies in the game. just use the image search here to find your monster, and make it as fresh as you can! XP

By all means use the characters in it spite Square has already updated it in other movie/games, but try to make it your own and not a replica? x3
As already mentioned, by all means post your own fanart as well, but that's the challenge of this thread to make it fresh to your ideal with the original as inspiration and starting point! x3

I made a quick first draft, but it's SO hard to make out the details on it's head with the reference images ._.
I'll Cammehfy it more tomorrow. A bit unsure if I should go more for the mechanical look then organic *ponders*

I've made another quick more detailed draft. I think I will settle with one more redraw before I start on a final version. x3

I started colouring, but then my computer really started to work, making the lines jagged. >.>

Haha, the thing about the Icicle is that it would annoy me to bits as there's NO details.
Although, it's your own design, so it could be a extremely detailed Icicle. XP

LanDi talked about she wanted to do this as well, giving giving me a "duh" moment, we could redraw Summons as well! I think she was going for one of them. XP

Finally done with it!

Those claws was just one of those little things I didn't bother to fix. XD
Like I should've clean lined it, but I couldn't be arsed to, so I just made the current lines black.
I didn't know I was going to work it that much.

I thnk I'll make a list of drawn monsters, etc. x3
