You need to go through the Underground Tunnels to get there.

~(who's Ben...?) Uhh, okay. There's no upside acorn thingys in Deep Forest, only in Donglin Forest...

To change the "acorn thingys" upward, go to Laughing/Crying Forest. Find the Laughing Door, with Laughing Traveler in it. There's a box at the end of the wall, push it into the hole in the middle of the room. Then jump on the box, then the acorn above you should change upward/upside down. Is that what you meant? If not then...

Since you say "spikes", the only spikes I remember is at Deep Forest. To get around Deep Forest, you need the Grapple and Squirrel Clothes....well, I tried my best to answer your question MegaDemon. I hope it helps, if not, try asking with details.

ok, thanks for the help, but one more problem . i went to the place where the rope is, but there are only two blue apples, so i dont know whats happening if it helps, ive already beaten the ice pig, so that better not have anything to do with it, because i dont want to start again

Okay, you get the seed when you're doing the extra events. You have to meet the the two dwarfs at Kujara Ranch. The dwarfs were from Tomba 1. So sorry.

ok, thanks anyways im getting really near the end of Tombi 2, only a few more quests to do, the trolley, last boss, pig plates and the pig ball thing, so i cant wait to finally finish it after playing it from the start 3 times
