Radeon x1950 pro - 2 power supply sockets?

I am re-connecting my x1950 pro graphics card after some time but have lost my Get Started Guide. I have used it successfully with my PC in the past so I know everything is compatible, including the power supply but have forgotten how I set it up...

The card has 2 power supply sockets - do I connect a power supply to BOTH sockets or just one?

Thanks in advance for any pointers!
