The only exception is with the three Magnemite at the end of the cave. I forgot how I did it, I just threw some apples, but they ended up "evolving" into Magneton.

I need to take one more picture of a new pokemon, and I can't find any more! I need this to get to the next level. Does anybody know where some hidden Pokemon are?

There are a few pokemon that can evolve in snap. If you hit the charmeleon into a lava pit at the end of the volcano, you can get a picture of a charizard. There's also the magnton that was mentioned earlier. I'll have to go through the game again. It's been a few years.
