About "Shining Garden"

Years ago (Year 2000): I have defeat all the enemies in this game and also of course the most powerful ones. But I don't beat the game, I get stuck in Spiral Tower, however I can make the puzzle, but having defeat the most powerfuls enemies makes my game a little sad, so I left playing. So as you may now I don't have the Torch of Ashley, (and also of course [not tested] I cannot enter "Pirate's Warren", I suppose you need the torch).
Now:
I read cheats/guides to see if there was something that I don't know, but I have discovered everything, but it was worse, even in the Location Guide "Shining Garden" seems to not exist. So what I am asking here, I cannot get through this place because I need (theorically, not tested) the Torch of Ashley to see the Password. And I know here lies a HI-Summon. So as you see the requisist to get this one are big. What I am asking here, if someone could tell me:
Q: Could be that here lies the most powerful of the Summons and Hi-Summons
Q: Which names has it, Power, what does, it's really powerful?

Thanks, but you're wrong:
1- You're right "Noua Shax" is the Medium/Summon of Lightning Element, however you get it so soon and as I have said "Shining Garden" is one, not, for me is the most hidden place in the game.
2- "Noua Shax" is Low-level Medium, all of them have some Elemental attacks, but "Hi-Mediums/Hi-Summons" are defined by emotions (ex: Hope). In "Shining Garden" lies a "Hi-Summon" I can feel it.

Can you say me what was the password at the Genesis Plates Puzzles at "Spiral Tower", as I have said before, I have forget almost everything, enought to call "Mediums" like "Summons". I want to verify this by myself.
The problem is that when I have discovered how to make the puzzle, I forget a lot of the game, and I get stuck on the next room, the puzzle seems easy, but I cannot remember what was the Swith on the floor or what to do.

Also I have see many list of "Marivel", "Red Skills" however this is a lack of the game, the way you get it, even in Level 99/Luck Best, you can miss multiple times to get it....
Even many of the list I have see don't has my Skills, of other skills list

Well, now I have see it, I have to rewrote "I can feel it there is a Hi-Medium" to an "I can feel it the game is going to cheat you and give a low-level one", I mean for one who know the password because it is the second time which play the game that one could get it earlier, but for one who don't it's the first, so many things to get (the Torch of Ashley only), to only get an low-level summon.
Well seems, the light bettle "Stare Roe" (Light), and has "Shoot Item" skill. Well, it's better than nothing. Also seems to do a damage near "24000" to weak "Light" elements monster (ex: Carbuncle), also has "Arrow Shot" and "Nova Rain" for "Tim". But I like a lot more "Ge Ramtos" (low-level) he is the best at raising STR, even the Hi-Level Mediums cannot match in STR

Thanks, I have alredy know that, and also because I cannot throw the Items, I know that maybe that Medium has this skill.
Yeah, you only have one "Viper Fang" (Lv8) found near Spiral Tower on the map. However, you can get "Shuriken" (Lv7), from "Bad News" or "Murdoch", and you have as many as you want by this way.
Also the most powerful normal enemy don't show in that island, the most powerful one is "Hyulcoton", so bad that there isn't a version of Level 99 of that monster, he has two of the best mosnter skill "Arc en Ciel" and "Human Experiment".
Sorry, I have killed the sealed monsters years ago, but I am playing again, to complete the Album.
Are the 8 Sealed Monster, the 8 "Crimson Nobles"?

Thanks, I alredy know about "Hyulkonton", but you're mistaken, you have to go to "Withered Ruins", here is "Gagison", then you "Divide" it and then "Hyulconton" shows. It's so easy to discover, well, really say "discover" is the wrong word, since one of the guys at Sielge Region says it to you. Also there is another guy here who talk you about the ancient island, when long ago there was some Arena Tournament, the most enemies related to this comment are "Bad News" and "Murdoch" (theyre Wrestlers).
When I fight "Hyulkonton", I don't have any "Red Skill" of Marivel, actually I begin to search then after reach Level 99, monster by monster by search them in any place, and also in the album. "Hyulkonton" it is a monster which only will kills you, if you undertimate it, but if you are immune to all status (I not), this enemy is almost awful. Also you see, I always let the "Gagison" hit me, until FP 100 or 99, and then use "Access", then I began the fight against "Hyulkonton"
Also I always use the "Lucky Card" on "Hyulkonton", great thing to see that even if you recieve more that 99999 (like 120000 EXP), you're character only will recieve 99999

About the 8 "Sealed Monters", it's a little sad for you that you don't know, but I know it alredy years, "Marivel" even if she doesn't know, she has no other choice more than put her blood related, maybe even her family, into the divine/eternal sleep. You will, maybe you will understand when you read this...:

Even if you cannot believe it now, the think....Why do you think that "Marivel" is the only one who has the power of realease the Sealed Monsters....

The Crimson Nobles are almost extint because of the "Blaze of Disaster" (Lord Blazer), but...:

(End of the book). Seems that the blaze of disaster was just another later worldwide conflict than the one of "Ragu O Ragula" (Master of the Beggining and the End)

Some things, that I don't know if there is something or is only to make the player become berseker....
Q: The "Yellow" locked door in "Guild Galad", can be accesed, or is late used in some event almost at the end of the game, or just to make the player become crazy trying to open it?
Q: Is there some moment or thing in the game that you can read "Irving's Diary" in his room? after all it's locked
Q: Do you know why "Marivel's Diary" is all in blank, I mean it seems a little strange, like if its trying to say you something? (like that she was there long long ago?)

Oh, I always read the book "What is on the Dinosaur Tale?" and I cheked, but seems like I cheked bad, also I ask about Irving's Diary but I dont really remember if I read it or not

Well, actually there is a locked door with a special key, which is rally easy to open, also there you find Full Clip (Skill) and Shining Garden (Place).
I don't know if I have alredy said this on the Thread "Best Stats/HP Characters", but, to get the most powerful hit with Ashley (not Knight Blazer), you have to put the 10 Grow points in Bayonets of Ashley to the Amount of Bullets, so then when you use Full Clip I am sure you will see really some damage...For Brad all in Power and las skill

I always have checked the Dragon Fossil to see a Switch in the back and found nothing, but now I checked and I found exactly the same in the back (nothing). I know this is the right place, that is what the book says, but what I am doing wrong???

Guild Galad is really little, but has lot of door which make it confuse, is really bad to see a city where is hard to see due to strecht streets, however, if you want to cry about a game that someone make this, then play "Breath of Fire 4", I don't know how they can do something like this in most cities (specially the first)
