	No. In order to use your Draw Out ability, you must have first have that ability learned, and the Katana of that ability. Let's say your Samurai learned the Draw Out ability Kiyomori. In order to use it you must have Kiyomoris in your stock. Don't equip it; just have it in your stock. Also, have plenty of them. Sometimes, if you use an ability too much, the weapon will break. So if you have only 1 Kiyomori and it breaks, you can't use it anymore. Also, Draw Out abilities depend on your MA. Raise your MA for a greater heal or stronger damage. Good Draw Out Abilities are: Murasame: It heals allies Heaven's Cloud: It damages enemies, and sometimes adds slow Kiyomori: My favorite. Adds Shell and Protect at 100% Rare Katanas: Masamume: Adds Haste and Regen at 100%. I believe you steal this from Elmdor? Chirijiadem: Damages Enemies. It's the strongest damage dealing Draw Out move. I forgot where to get it... Now, remember, those two are rare Katanas. There is only one of those in the game, unless you use a cheating device. So if you get one of those, don't go using Draw Out all the time, because if those break, you can't get another one. -------------------

	Maintenence works for break techniques, I think it also protects against steal too! After the Katana was drawn out, the break it does feels like a replacement effect or after effect of the ability. Nobody was trying a technique against it. But that's why Ninja's are better.

	It's useless. If you have "Blade Grasp" and high brave, you can never get hit. Maybe you need an explaniation: Deep Breath Here's what a faq says: "Name Effect Rating Blade Grasp Evade physical attack. 5 Trigger: Physical Attacks other than Bow/Crossbow. Sunken State Hide by become invisible. 4 Add: Invisible Trigger: HP damage." Look at that. Sunken State is rated four and Blade Grasp is rated 5. WHy's that? Well one good reason is... The fact that Blade Grasp Negates damage overall and sunken state requires you to get hurt. Blade Grasp is the far superior one. -------------------
