	He already said that he got Zodiac so I think he is talking about Ultima.It's not really that powerfull in reality.Most people who haven't got it think so because it was the most powerfull green materia in FF7.

	It doesn't make much sense to me that Ultima is a VERY POWERFULL spell in all the FF games but not in tactics.Weird.

	I'm pretty sure Ultima would be more powerful in the hands of a built-up magical class. But usually Ramza isn't a magic class so the spell goes to waste. 	Your right.If you put the Ultima spell in the hands of a female summoner or wizard it could be a deadly weapon.You'd have to use a cheat code to do so,though.

	I had Ramza master squire on book 2. he doesnt need to know Ultima.

	That is abosutely correct. His Master's star does indeed disappear in the third chapter until you learn Ultima.
