How about Algus' actions toward all the people that were lower in class than him, especially Delita. Everyone should be treated the same, regardless of status. Algus never liked that, and he was killed just because of his thought that nobles were better than the commoners.

We could easily tell, Betrayal played its role, mostly on Delita.

At first I thought hed be the Blank type of dude in the game, but as the story prgressed with him capturing the Princess, what for really?

we found out it was for protecttion right? or so we thought for the moment..

Particulaly, Delita was known for a power hungry type of human and wanted to get into close friendships with his Army, lord, Ramza (a little), the princess, and much more,

sooner he betrayed his king of the war to win control of his army, but in the end when the leader of the white lion was assasinated, this made Delita the king.

I wasnt really bothered by this action, but it went to far, when he started using his companion and then Ovelia, that really ticked me off....I really thought he was serious in making Ovelia a person of happiness...at least she got back at him in the end....

I found it ironic that Algus was constantly berating the commoners, but he too suffers from descrimination of class. He is not allowed to take troops in a vengance march against the Death Corps, because he has yet to achieve high enough military rank. I just thought that it was funny how he was shown direct prejudice based on his rank, yet remained oblivious to how hundreds on thousands of commoners felt.

Also, I felt that love played a surprisingly small part in this game. Outside of Reis and Beowulf (or possibly Miluda and Weigraf, which is strictly in a sibling fashion), there is no real romance to speak of. In fact, one of the closest relationships we're shown is the comrodory of the Shrine Knights, in my opinion. The main reason for this is because most of this game revolves around generic characters, rather than a small, tight-knit group of characeters like most RPGs. But then again, that's one of the reasons we love it.

β - How about fight for what you believe is right. Ramza believed that fighting his family and the chuch was the right thing to do in order to stop total chaos.
