i had jus left a passage on another thread but ill say the same thing here. if u really are creating a lod2 if i give an idea do i get a free copy?? neways, in the fighting instead of jus attackin one enemy at a time, like u kno when u push circle to stop a counterattack, could there also be a time when u could push like square for a chance to attack another enemy if there is more than one? if u have any questions or decide to use this email me at bionicobra@hotmail.com

Is this really going to happen?

are you guys still trying to make LOD2 because i thought the 1st one was great one of my favorites. if you need any help just talk to me ill try the best i can.

also if you can tell me whts happing with the game i have an AIM and it is blkshirtgrode80. i would really like it if you can talk to me about this i have never beaten the game since it always freezes on me but i get further and further everytime. so if you guys are making a reamake that would be awesome.

i would love for there to be a next Dragoon game, I fell in love with the first one, but I feel that the old charecters should die. Well, only some of them, and others be captured or someting, leaving children and, in Hechel's case, students or close friends to take over the sprits and save the day. Some of the old charecters will have to excape though, to lead the new one's through the thing like Rose did for the others in the first game. Why do you thik they never came out with a second one? It was good enough to rival Final Fanasy when it came out....

LoD 2 already made it's in Jap version but never made it to getting translated. If u try to make a REAL game out of this without buying the rights for it then you'll be arrested/fined. I hear LoD 2 is about Shana and Dart's son. What I'd personally would like is if they remade LoD 1 and then made some more. So much could have been done for LoD like more senematic events/ mini games/ better gold and exp earnings. Also better music needs BETTER MUSIC!!!

my name is derrick and i would be more then happy to help any way i can. i have no exp in game designing but i am full of ideas and i know a few very talented artist that would probuly help. me and a friend of made have talked a bout a number 2 for years. The Songs can be redone at LEAST. I find some of the songs monotonous. I mean seriously, compare the music from LoD to KH or Rouge Galaxy (I actually find the factory music from RG very soothing lol). Good games have awesome graphics and actions and mini games. The legendary ones that people weep or feel a passion to play even months after beating it has great music. (I'm partial to orchestra music as the type used).

If you're looking for a good programming language and other stuff, go check out thegamecreators.com for DARKBASICProffessional. It's a very effective and easy language especially developed for gamecreation.
And if you - sorry, not if; AS you're certainly going to need more tools than that, they have almost everything you'll need, and they also have a forum where you can go when you need help.

As for me, I've been working with all kind of things when it comes to gamecreation for some years now, and I'm soon going to get incorporated, busy with my own stuff so I won't be available very much.

However, there is still some things I could sucmit my interest for. I'm a musician and do mostly soundtrack-inspired music (I have some of my creations submitted at newgrounds.com if you search authors for "Nermio" at the audio portal). Just tell if you're interested!

of course, you could use many of the original songs from the game, but maybe not every song since new characters would come and a new story and so...
