I put her struggle with being a lost soul of a now extinct civilization and of how she is half human" The conversations btw her and billy get pretty deep. With some action in it showing off some of emeralda's attacks and transformations. You must read to see what the mermaid's tear is Also primera I gave her a personality and for the billy fans he has a nice part in it as well. Yeah, if Tosogtoo comes back, we'll have some of the oldest members here. I'd be youngest if you count from about last December/November, before Jadedwolf and Elayham came.

I remember that. I haven't played in so long. Last I remember, I was at the Goliath Factory. That's probaly the hardest part in the game without gears, so far.

Holy s**t balls you gotta be joking!! I tried that once a long time ago and got smacked back into ff7!! But hey I like a good(and this is underexaggerating good) slightly impossible challenge!!! I can't start for 3 months though my ps2 and tv won't be back til then, but when I do hell on earth couldn't keep me away....................I'm gonna need a flask of liquor,some headache pills,and a freaking miracle!!

Hey l_Neo_l here. I really love this game. Its a masterpiece, in fact its my all time favorite game-that coming from a guy who has been playing games since he was 4.

I beat it once in 1998 when i was like 10.
And im playing it again now to fully understand the story.

I've been playing it for a week now and im currently at thames at the part after i meet Billy and his family and we are about to proceed to the ethos headquarters.

I played Xenogears a really long time ago, and it was a great game. I got to some lab area and couldnt beat it, so I stopped playing the game. I hope to pick it up again someday though.

I see you are an excitable little thing there huh ha,haa well xenogears is not well known to some so I'm afraid it doesn't heat up like well like newer ps2 game!!Though we all know this game is the sh**!!

I think its because Neoseeker started at 1999 and Xenogears was a year old by then.

Also most gamers today tend to focus on newer titles.

That's not ture. Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy Tactics, and well, any Final Fantasy for that matter is still a-up-and-about froum, exept for Origins, Anthologly, and Chronicles. Maybe that's because it has Final Fantasy in front of it. Xenogears and those mentioned above just didn't have that many copies made. Its a freggen shame really.

As for the popularity of the forum. It pretty much cuz Xenogears was far from what is known as a best seller when it came out. It was bashed by most mags and so it was for the most part overlooked.
