I CANNOT DECIDE ON WHICH GAME I SHOULD GET!here are the choices: XENOSAGA or FFANTHOLOGY. PLZ HELP ME!!!! (and also tell why you chose that. Thank you in advance!)

well if you want an oldschool RPG get the FF Anthology. if you want something more modern get Xenosaga. i personally prefer FF6 then Xenosaga but you should play both at some point.

Or you can save and get them both like did. I bought Xenosaga Episode I Der Willy Zer Macht and Final Fantasy Antholgy at the same time. Wow you gound Final Fantasy Anthogy, it took me forever to find. Now I need is Origins.

oh you did say Xenosaga and not Xenogears. well then, yeah get them both cause FFA will probably be pretty cheap, like $20, $25 max.

i would get antology, personally, for the crazed ff fan like me, but if you have only ever played 1 or 2 ffs, then you might not appricate ff anthology as much

Actually it dosen't really matter when you get this game. But get it soon, copys of it are getting harder and harder to find. But I do agree with ya white sephiroth maybe get this game play avery of the other games then play this game. The newer ons are much easier so if want to start off easy then go to harder do that.

I've never played Xenosaga before, but i cna say that anthology is the best bundle of games ever. FFV has the job system which is great and FFVI has Espers. So, i think you should buy Anthology as then you can talk about it here and then this board won't die!

I would take Anthologys over Xenosaga any day.. You have two greats games v.s. one crappy RPG..

FFV and VI are two of the best RPG's in my eyes. I liked FFV because it had a nice story plus you get to level up job classes. FFVI had the best story line of all the FF's and could be the best one ever made. Xenosaga had good graphics..that is about it..

Xenosaga is more your new-age RPG, which, if that's your thing, is done very well. Of course, you can pick up Xenosaga in a year or so, no problem. Getting your hands on FFA isn't going to be easy later on ...

Sorry I was very dissappointed when I got finished with Xenosaga. Xenogears was alot better than that FMV filled game..I mean I was bored out of my mind, the story was alright but a little lame. When I got into fights they weren't the same..The graphics were truly the only good thing in Xenosaga.

Well, unfortunatly you are not the only one who thinks that HDI. I, on the other hand, thought that Xenosaga Episode 1 was a very good very game and I am sticking around for Xenosaga Episode 2 were there will be a world map that can progress the story better and more funner than the FMV. So Xenosaga Episode 2 will have a world map (I think) so that will progress the story better as I said. So that's why most people though that XE1 was bad. And nothing can beat Xenogears so of corse XE1 couldn't match it.

Sorry but after beating Xenogears, I just couldn't like Xenosaga..I was just flat out bored with the game.. I don't even want to play Episode two...because it is going to be even more boring..XP

I wasn't too impressed with Xenosaga either, hopefully it'll be much better than episode 1. But in Xeno 2, Shion and KOSMOS don't look hot anymore...
