	I also thought he sucked. Then, NeoG3K told me how he was his favorite character. I tried him in a battle while he was Ultra-ranked. He did better than I expected. See, his normal attack stinks like a piule a crap. Yet, Shell Shot and Air Raid make up for that weakness. He's an airborne Kooper (well, duh)! He plows through defencive stuff like electricity with Shell Shot and Air Raid! Give Parakarry a try someday.
