	Haha, best level ever. You have to go to the southern part of Toad Town. I think it's in the same area as Zess T.'s house and the sewer pipe. There's a house there that has nothing in it on the western side of the area you're in. You use Bow inside the house and wait a little while. A Shy Guy comes in, seeing nobody there, and shows you how to get to a secret room inside the empty house where the Toy Box is.
