	It seems like Marvel isn't big on the whole "sidekick" thing. It makes it all the more special for as big as Spider-Man to have a sidekick. I'm interested. ------------------- Superhero Costumes

	Which is really nothing more than Marvel went an extended period without publishing superheroes while DC still had their big three (Bats, Supes, and Wonder Woman) going while also having the lesser batch of Green Arrow, Johnny Quick, and Aquaman along with picking up other publishing lines along the way so you get things like Captain Marvel Jr. from Fawcett. So with Bats you have Robin, Speedy with GA, Aqualad with Aquaman, Jimmy with Supes, etc. Marvel still had a sizable amount of kid sidekicks as that was part and parcel of Golden Age superheroes be it Bucky or Toro... it's just unlike DC those characters didn't persist throughout the end of the Golden Age to thrive and proliferate in the Silver Age. Even though with Marvel you still have Rick Jones being sidekick to Cap, Hulk, Captain Marvel, The Avengers, Rom... ------------------- Books&Lit Comics Transformers: The Movie Gundam Collectibles
