	I've been experimenting with drawing straight into photoshop recently. Saves on paper and cuts out scanning time, but takes a bit more practice to make it look... well, not utterly rubbish!

	Aaaand here's an experiment. Using a greyscale image converted to a bitmap halftone to create a two-colour black and white gif with suggested gradients!

	Here's some more development on my dog character from the image before last. He hasn't got a name yet, but he's a sort of vagrant... wizard... dog. Who smokes dog-ends. I'm tempted to name him Hob, or Hobo after "The Littlest Hobo".

	Dog has more than a bit of Sir Ian McKellan's Gandalf about him. And did I spot a certain Matt Smith in the bottom left of a page of sketched a couple of posts ago? I'm not really in sort of position to comment on the actual mechanical details of your art, but I like it; it looks like the things it's meant to look like. Edit: need to leanr left from right. 	Thanks Scott Cee, you're right he is a bit Gandalfish... I can't decide if that's a good thing or not really. He used to be grumpy and Clint Eastwood-ish but I mellowed him out. And yes that is a certain Matt Smith you spotted! The kid in the gas mask is also from Doctor Who - The Empty Child.

Totally read that as Gandal-fish. You wouldn't happen to have any sketches of the Clint-stye dog, I'd like to see them. If he turns out to be some kind of samurai/gunfighter/magical dual master, it'd make more sense for him to be Clint. Because of pop culture. Unless he can do that scary thing Gandalf does to Bilbo near the start of FotR.

	the ones with doctor who in it reminds me of the old clip arts you get in old microsoft word processors in windows 98, i think.. which isnt a bad thing cuz i can totally imagine myself back in the day when i was messing around with the old powerpoint in computer class making animations and stuff, i'd usually enter a keyword of a picture i'm looking for, and i'd totally pick one of urs if they were there. just look at that (forgive me if i;m wrong) werewolf, just add to it the "swoop from right to left" animation and add a screaming lady on the left and u got a scene... and about the comics, i couldnt comment much about the style i mean ur a pro that we all know but the animals as humans thing works just fine. i had a paperback thick book of various comics inside (gift from my cousin), it even had adult stuff in it,but my fave was the one with the cat pirates... i cant even find anything about it on google which is sad but yeah i think ninja cat is cool and i hope mr dog got some j2o with him http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8NDt85cHQw

He hardly does any whizz-bang magic at all. He's more like Terry Pratchett's wizards in that regard. He's a pretty amiable but lazy guy I think. And feel free to comment. I post this stuff to get feedback not just on a technical level, but for example if someone were to say something like "whats meant to be happening in that picture? I don't get it" then I can get a better understanding of how its seen by the viewer. Or something.
