	Interesting. One problem I've had with laptops in the past is lack of driver functionality, stuff like trying to play music over Ventrilo. I guess a USB audio card would fix that problem if I ever run into it again. ------------------- [twitter]

	Hi, can this be used to pass through DTS/DD (via optical out) content to an external receiver (for decoding)? Thanks!

	It can output up to 7.1 surround sound via the optical out.

	Can you plug in desktop surround sound speakers that has it's own power source, directly into this USB sound card?
