The Definition of Addiction

The good:

~Realistic Player Statistics
~Player Photographs Tied to Their Profiles
~Amazing Match Engine
~Realistic Player Ambitions
~Manager Hall of Fame
~Ability to Download Skins and Graphics to Attatch to the Game

The bad:

~Slightly Poor Shots on Target to Goals Ratio
~Some un-realistic Transfer Bids a Few Seasons Into the Game
~Rare Newsticker Bugs

Summary:

Well, when i first heard Eidos and SI were splitting up I feared the worst, I thought there would be no more managing games up to the standard of Championship Manager, but I was wrong! Sitting here today I am glad that SI teamed up with SEGA and produced what I think of as the best managing game EVER. The game is so exciting you will end up shouting and screaming at your PC! Not to mention how addictive the game is, i've once gone over 24 hours on one saved game! You may think it would get boring a few seasons into the game when players retire, wrong! Even when the young stars retire, (whic...

The evolution of management simulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The good:

realistic players life's, the media messages are real life, the matches are good to watch, and the comments you can make to other managers. the size of the data-base is a big help.

The bad:

how long it takes to load at the beginning, and how long a day takes to load. [If this doesn't happen on you're PC please tell me]

Summary:

This is another brilliant game from the creators of the CHAMPIONSHIP MANAGER series. If you are reading this, because you're unsure about buying it, then i would say yes, because it's one of the best management simulation games around so far. With all new smart and fast gameplay, a whole new world of players and staff with over 250,000 as the new data-base, all new 04/05 season transfers. And all new web sites to visit when stuck or just need a few hints/tips.

Good

The good:

A very good game and provides a realistic simulation game for all football fans. You can't ask for any better than FM2005 at the moment.

Best football manager game to date and nothing else comes near it. Championship Manager is waaaaay off the standard which FM has set.

The bad:

Not much is wrong with it, the only downside is the transfer system is very unrealistic at times and the teams in the transfer market are repetitive in each save.

Summary:

Overall it is a great game and they have done well to produce a game as realistic as this. FM will only get better and better from here on in.

The good things about the game far outweigh the bad and to be honest most people won't really notice the negative points about the game. The game is very fun and simple to play, yet it keeps the feel of realism like no other football manager game.

FOOTBALL MANAGER 2005

The good:

I think the way you can watch your match on 2d is brillant and also there are a lot to do.The game never ends unless you have a slow computer and it will end in about 10 years but this game is brillant and i think you should get it and also managing england or ireland or whatever is brillant because you can call up players, employ ass managers and coaches it is just brillant and so much fun.

The bad:

The game is quite slow if you have bad computer and gets to easy after a few season with a big club but there is so manny good thing you dont really mind about this.

Summary:

This game is brillant and you should buy this if you have a fast computer because this is the one of the best games i have ever played, and you will get addicted to it and not leave the house for a couple of days which i did.

Football Manager 2005

The good:

Gameplay
Addictveness
Simplicity
Detailed

The bad:

Can get very repitive after a while, but when I say "while I mean after around 6 or so months (real life time) playing the game. Then after a patch/update it sorts this problem for at least another short period of time.

Summary:

This is a must play game for any football fan out there, you can take control of you're favorite team or take charge at one of the worlds elite teams. You can start from the bottom and take the team all the way up to the champions league final if you dare to take up that challenge, or you can take control as AC Milan, Real Madrid, Chelsea and take the easy way to glory. =P

Graphics

Excellent graphics, a nice smooth layout. It doesn't require an awesome graphics gard to play because it's a quite simple design and doesn't include high demanding in game graphics for matches only 2D characters on...
