Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture

[edit] Background

Everybody's Gone to the Rapture is an open-world, pure story game built on CryEngine3 and intended as the spiritual successor to Dear Esther. The game will be designed around dynamic, adaptive storytelling and audio, while re-introducing more interactive elements to the experience.

Rapture will place players in the moment of an apocalyptic event where time suddenly ceases to exist and the world becomes "empty."

[edit] Game Play

Everybody's Gone to the Rapture is based around six characters, each telling their own story, and each connected to landmarks in the world that evolve as the game progresses
