Dance Dance Revolution STRIKE is the newest Japanesse addition to the Dance Dance Revolution Series. All songs in this version are brand new to the Japanesse DDR series, although some of them have debeuted in the U.S. and the U.K. This game has the same layout, style and song selection as Dance Dance Revolution Extreme 2. The Groove Radar returns in its entirity. Many news songs like PASSION OF LOVe and 19, November will debut in this mix.

When playing Dance Dance Revolution, to re-enact the arcade experience, you would play on a 3X3 dance pad. On the top of the TV screen, there are "sensors". AS arrows hit rise up the screen and hit the sensors, you hit the corresponding arrow on your pad that the arrow hits on the sensor. When a long arrow that is green with some yellow in some cases appears, it is a freese arrow, an arrow you must hold the sensor until it completely is gone and not visible. Be accurate, as the more accurate you step, the more points you get and the longer you get to continue the game.

  • Over 50 songs make up the game, including beatmania favorites [19, November, DoLL], and smash hits by Hot Chocolate, David Bowie, Motorcycle, The Chemical Brothers. There are also Karaoke Revolution versions of Oops... I Did It Again, I Will Survive, Crazy in Love, and many more!
  • Single player mode(regular one player), Double[one player on two pads], and Versus(two players on one pad each)
