Banjo Tooie (Nintendo 64)

The good:

Humorous dialogue & characters
Inclusion of bosses
First/third person game play
Impressive visuals

The bad:

Erratic camera at times
"Frustrating" worlds

Summary:

Producing a quality game is often a slow, drawn out process that requires precision and the necessary elements to make it just right. At one point, the Nintendo 64 seemed to totally relinquish this philosophy of the best games what seemed to be eternal amounts of time. Month by month, quarter by quarter, this console appeared to be distributing fantastic titles, each with their own styles and dynamics to create a truly unique identity in the gaming world. How did this come to be? With the involvement of powerhouse studios, the N64 lead the charge with an array of formidable games. You prob...

Banjo-Tooie

The good:

The inclusion of bosses.
Mini-games.
Fighting.
They split up when you get to a certain bit of the game.
First person shooting (with eggs though).

The bad:

Aside from two bosses, the bosses can be a little too easy.
Jinjos can be annoying and hard to find.
Slight camera issues.

Summary:

Lastability: 7/10.
A bit too short and easy. After killing the last boss and found the last jiggy, all that's left is either starting a new game again or multiplayer (which is cool).
Graphics: 8/10.
For it's time, the graphics are excellent. Still actually considered that today, though not so much. But still, it's hard to get textures and I guess the graphics in general like that in an N64 game, well, until Conker's Bad Fur Day that is.
Sound: 8/10.
Not the best soundtrack by Rare, but it's still one that won't be leaving your memory banks anytime soon. Grunty Industries has a shitty song, but t...

Banjo Tooie

The good:

Great gameplay, there are lots and lots more to do.. even more than the predecessor had, there is another great storyline too.

The bad:

For this time around, there really isn't anything.

Summary:

Okay, Banjo-Kazooie was already such a phenomenal game, and now they toss this sequel at us, and it proves to be MUCH, MUCH more better than the predecessor. There isn't much to say about it because it is basically much more of the same thing as Banjo-Kazooie was, only there are a quite a bit of changes here and there..

The gameplay is the same, except, the only thing changed is the fact that there are millions of other mini games that are included. There are also a lot of different ways to kill enemies, seeing as how there are many different new enemy types and also some other cool weapons/...

banjo-tooie

The good:

i give this gamea2.5 because hink it could be a little more challenging. i think that the only thing in this holw game is the last world tthats means 7 boring worlds and1 good one. the final boss is also pretty trickey.

The bad:

i think game sucks alot because there is so much boring movees and 8 worlds just to get some stupid puzzles pieces. like man how low can u go. i think they shoud spice up this game alot by putting more exciting things than like puzzle pieces and little puny dinosoars caled jinjo's. and those lololololololol lame enemies the minjo's.

Summary:

thisgame is about banjo the bear and kazooie the borid. they go to get revenge on there enemie grundy the witch for killing there frind the mole. so they set out finding one world at a time. in theworld that there and in they have to find jiggies, ( little puzzle pieces).on thereway they have to find little jinjo'ssince grundy has scatteredd all the jinjo'sall over the worldand they need to get there family back.

Like I Said Before, Banjo Rocks!

The good:

There are a lot of new powers, and the graphics and music is better. It is challenging, 'cause there's a lot of worlds and stuff. There's more bosses in this one. Yay! More enemies to beat with my amazing skill! Bwahahaha!

The bad:

If there was something bad, why would I give it a five?

Summary:

I love this game! It's one of the best! The graphics are pretty good, and the characters still talk just as cute as before. Mumbo looks so much cuter, and the things you can turn into can actually attack. Joy! There are more Jinjos to get, and they're cuter, too. Grunty's just as cool in this. Now, you can play as Banjo or Kazooie all by themselves in certain places. Kazooie's so cute when she's not stuffed in a backpack. Jamjars is cool, too. He's better than Bottles. Stupid Bottles with his nerdier glasses. This game was so worth getting! Really! If you don't have it, get it...

Another Banjo Tooie review

Summary:

You're wondering why I'm making another review for this game. My other review was just plain bad and no one found it helpful. I'm making another review now.

Graphics 10/10 The graphics were great for the N64. They were clear.

Multiplayer 9/10 The multiplayer is great. Up to 4 players and great mini-games to play. It would even make a great party game.

Story 10/10 It continues from the first game and looks back to it. What platforming games do that?

Mini-games 8/10 The mini games are great but, soome of the are similar to each other though.

Sound 9/10 The sound was great but, no voice overs.

Game...
