Macross II: The Movie

Story

Kanzaki Hibiki is an ambitious investigative reporter that would do anything to get the latest scoop. When a new alien race equipped with Zentraedi warfare technology threatens peace on Earth, Hibiki's attention turns to U.N. Spacy, a military organization that desperately wants to create a propaganda machine to aid the war effort. During a mission to obtain exclusive combat footage, Hibiki manages to steal an alien siren named Ishtar away from the enemy forces. They want her back, UN Spacy wants him locked up, and the people of Macross just want peace.
