Danny's Girl - The main character, Diane Lock (Laura McCann), and her boyfriend Phil (Thomas Smith), are in a happy long distance relationship. When Diane meets Dan (Steve Athdan) a local football fanatic, they quickly develop a secret relationship. Diane breaks up with Phil to be with Dan, sending him into a rage. While the new couple start dating, Phil comes from America to win Diane back. Having broken into her flat Phil sets about destroying Dan's possesions. At the same time Dan reveals to Diane that he is leaving to join the army, and will be sent to Iraq. Diane cannot decide between the two long distance relationships
