InWin S-Frame Review reported at 01:27 PM
category: Computer Cases/Enclosures     website: eTeknix.com
Article Quote:
"To sum up, would I buy this case? No not really, not even if I had enough money spare for one and that is simply because I have no where to put it. That and it would be quickly covered in hand prints from my kids. I do love this case though and if I had a place to do it justice, I would happily sport one of these on my desk. There is a market for it, but it’s certainly not your average consumer. I was going to award the case our innovation award simply based on the manufacturing processes and overall design. Assuming money and space are not an issue, then Editors Choice is easily within its grasp as In Win promised an uncompromising ultra-premium quality case and that is exactly what this is, right down to the very last detail. I wouldn’t mark down a Bugatti Veyron because it’s big and expensive, they’re just by-products that result from this kind of quality."

Roccat Siru Review reported at 11:36 AM
category: Input device accessories     website: ThinkComputers
Article Quote:
The Roccat Siru is pretty easy to clean since you can peel it off your desk. The past 2 weeks I have been on the road for work. I have been sticking the Roccat Siru to the top of my laptop and using it while I have been out on the go. It has come in handy at hotel tables, kitchen tables, and almost any of the surfaces I would be using weren’t really setup for mice. All around the Roccat Siru has been a good mouse pad and can truly be taken anywhere and can be cleaned pretty fast over your traditional mouse pads.

Intel Core i7-4960X vs Core i7-3960X 3-way SLI Gaming-Performance reported at 10:24 AM
category: Socket 2011     website: ocaholic
Article Quote:
Should you be thinking about buying a Core i7-4960X processor for your gaming PC, in which you have three high-end graphics cards running in SLI, then the performance gain, when upgrading from a Core i7-3960X to a Core i7-4960X is going to be about 12 percent on average. Keeping in mind this CPU costs about 870 Euro we should be asking ourselves if this is really worth the additional money. If you put in perspective what difference a new graphics card can make regarding frames per second, then the answer is simply: no. But should you be one of the power users who always demands the best possible components, then the Core i7-4960X certainly is an upgrade.
