Asus GTX 760 DirectCU II OC SLI vs NVIDIA GTX 780 Ti Performance reported at 11:08 AM
category: Game Accelerator Cards     website: ocaholic
Article Quote:
Overall the two GTX 760 cards are performing really well and there is no doubt the two of them are seriously quick. But in case of the particular models we tested, the graphics memory is too small for the performance delivered, there will be the usual SLI issues, although NVIDIA is taking quite good care of that and last but no least there is the power consumption which is 43 percent higher than with one single GTX 780 Ti. If you're actually thinking about buying two GTX 760's make sure you go for models with 4 Gigabyte VRAM otherwise the GTX 780 Ti will be quicker playing games at ultra high resolutions. When it comes to price/performance, than the two GTX 760 in SLI are simply great. Since drivers are meanwhile quite well optimized for SLI, almost any new game is supported with well balanced profiles.

Kingston SSDNow E50 Review reported at 11:04 AM
category: SATA Hard Drives     website: Hardware.Info
Article Quote:
For a server workload that's almost only reading, the Intel SSD is the better option. If you expect you will exceed the TWB limit of the DC S3500, the Kingston SSDNow E50 is a good alternative. And don't forget that the E50 is still much faster than a 15k rpm conventional hard disk, which the SSD is a perfect replacement for. For providing a very affordable solution, it gets the Bronze Award.

Crucial Ballistix Sport VLP DDR3-1600 2x8GB Kit Review reported at 11:01 AM
category: DDR3 Memory     website: techPowerUp!
Article Quote:
The Crucial Ballistix Sport VLP kit is very nearly THE perfect option for those looking to build a new Intel-based HTPC or any other Intel-based system right now. Its lower-than-average latency, low voltage requirements, and tiny size make it fit perfectly into nearly every systems except for two, since these sticks do not overclock well and the green PCB may not be to your liking in a color-matched PC build.

A-DATA DashDrive HV620 Review reported at 10:51 AM
category: Tape/Zip/Jaz Drives     website: Benchmark Reviews
Article Quote:
"What ADATA has provided us in the HV620 is an external hard drive that is attractive, is capable of very good transfer rates, and, even in the 2TB model, maintains a small profile. Also, it is priced to sell. It is not a simple task to find a 2TB external hard drive for under $120."

Seasonic Platinum V2 660W/760W/860W Review reported at 10:43 AM
category: Power Supplies     website: Hardware.Info
Article Quote:
The Seasonic Platinum 660W, 760W and 860W are basically perfect power supplies. They have the best low-load efficiency we've ever seen in this segment, the efficiency at higher loads is also good, their ripple is outstanding and the semi-passive design makes them inaudible in most circumstances. Had some of the cables been a little longer there would have been nothing we could complain about.

Western Digital Black2 Review reported at 10:27 AM
category: SATA Hard Drives     website: TechSpot
Article Quote:
We're also pleased to report that the combo drive runs smoothly despite being the first of its kind. If your experience is similar to ours, we're confident early adopters won't feel like beta testers. While it may not be the fastest or most affordable option, the Black2 works as expected and fills a gap in the storage market, which seems worthy enough of our outstanding award. Kudos WD for trying to shake things up a little.

Western Digital Red Review reported at 10:24 AM
category: SATA Hard Drives     website: HardwareCanucks
Article Quote:
What Western Digital has created here is the epitome of ‘good enough’ network storage. While it may never beat any of the higher end models in their particular areas of expertise, none of them can even come close to offering this level of flexibility or overall value. The new RED 4TB improves upon its predecessor in nearly every way imaginable and that makes it one of the most appealing NAS solutions currently available.

Corsair CS650M Review reported at 10:15 AM
category: Power Supplies     website: HardwareHeaven
Article Quote:
When it comes down to it though sometimes in life we all need a cheap solution to a particular need. The CS650M will be that for a lot of people... for us, we would stick a bit extra money aside and go for a higher spec Corsair model with longer warranty and slightly higher spec component choice.
