Corsair Carbide 330R Review reported at 11:53 AM
category: Computer Cases/Enclosures     website: Modders-Inc
Article Quote:
Despite these small issues, there were plenty of features that system builders will be happy about. The CPU height clearance, radiator mounting and high-end video card length clearance are all excellent. The tool free ODD and HDD installation also make for a quick and convenient DIY build and maintenance. Above all, the most appealing to me is the price which is great value compared to what is typically offered as a silent PC chassis in the market.

Intel Core i7-4770K vs. Core i7-2600K Gaming Performance reported at 10:44 AM
category: Intel Socket 1150 CPUs     website: ocaholic
Article Quote:
If you bought a Core i7-2600K a while back, then we can tell you without the shadow of a doubt, that there is absolutely no need to get rid of it and replace it with a Core i7-4770K. From a gaming performance point of view it really doesn't matter which of the two CPU's you have in your system. Should you actually want to upgrade your gaming PC, then don't go for a new CPU in this case, you should rather choose a new graphics card.

Gigabyte GTX 770 OC / GTX 780 OC Review reported at 10:38 AM
category: Game Accelerator Cards     website: Hardware.Info
Article Quote:
The Gigabyte GV-N770OC-2GD and GV-N780OC-3GD are good video cards. Their performance is in line with other GeForce GTX 770 and 780 cards, and the overclocking potential is fine. A strong side of these cards is how silent they are when idle. That's important, because when you're not gaming you really don't want to hear the card. Under load the noise levels are average.

Kingston HyperX Predator DDR3-2400 4x4GB Kit Review reported at 10:35 AM
category: DDR3 Memory     website: NikKTech
Article Quote:
"At the default timings of the main XMP profile the Predator modules made clear to us that larger doesn't always equal to better since the almost twice as large heatspreders compared to the ones used with the HyperX 10th Anniversary kit had really nothing more to offer in terms of performance. Now i don't know really know why Kingston chose to use Command Rate 2 for the 2400MHz XMP profile (probably for compatibility reasons with some mainboards) but since you can easily switch it to CR1 that's not really a problem and as you can see from our charts there was quite a bit of increase in performance when benchmarking ArMA III (not game changing but there was)."

V-MODA Crossfade M-100 Review reported at 10:24 AM
category: headsets     website: Benchmark Reviews
Article Quote:
The CrossFade M-100 Headphones have really raised the bar for me in terms of sound reproduction. They produced a level of depth and immersion that I had never before experienced. I will definitely need to reconsider my core values next time I need to purchase a set of headphones. If I ever give any product a score close to 10 for performance it will definitely be these.
